Dr. Jocelyne Charest

Dr. Jocelyne Charest is a highly experienced Canadian Dentist with nearly 30 years of clinical expertise in general dentistry, neuromuscular dentistry, TMJ/TMD treatment, and dental sleep medicine. Known for her calm, reassuring manner and patient-focused approach, she combines advanced clinical knowledge with a strong commitment to helping patients feel comfortable, informed, and confident throughout their treatment journey.

After earning her Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) from the University of Montreal, Quebec, Canada in 1996, Dr. Jocelyne also completed the American National Board Dental Examination the same year. Over the course of her career, she has worked across Canada and the Middle East, building extensive experience in complex restorative care, airway-focused dentistry, and bite rehabilitation.

She has developed a strong clinical focus in neuromuscular dentistry, with advanced expertise in the diagnosis and treatment of TMJ/TMD, bite-related disorders, snoring, and sleep apnea. She has completed extensive postgraduate training in Advanced TMJ Neuromuscular Dentistry, Sleep Medicine, Tongue Tie Release, and the American Academy of Dental Sleep Medicine programs, reflecting her ongoing commitment to modern, evidence-based care.

She has significant experience in oral appliance therapy for snoring and obstructive sleep apnea, airway-centered dental treatment, and multidisciplinary care coordination with ENT specialists, chiropractors, sleep labs, and physiotherapists.
